Do you deliver?

Yes. We deliver all over Cebu from Santander (farthest south) to Daanbantayan (farthest north), including the smaller islands – Mactan and Bantayan, but not Camotes. In the future, we could include the whole of Visayas and Mindanao.

How many days to wait for the items to arrive?

For Cebu orders, expect 2-3 days from date of confirmed order.

Can I track my items?

Yes. You will receive by email a tracking number once your order is shipped. You can track your shipment at this link: J&T Tracking

How do I make an order?

Pick an item you like on the SHOP page by clicking on ADD TO CART.

Every clicked item will be displayed in the CART seen on the right side of the page.

How do I delete or increase an order?

To adjust the amount of items in your cart, click VIEW CART.

When you are viewing your cart, press “+” to increase amount, or “-” to decrease amount. Changing the quantity of an order to “0” will delete the item. Press UPDATE CART to see the changes.

What do I use to pay?

You may use either a credit card or a debit card through PayPal.

How do I pay?

After finalizing your order in your CART, click CHECK OUT. But before checking out, make sure you select the type of delivery you want: (1) local pickup, or (2) delivery to your chosen address. If DELIVERY is chosen, the corresponding shipment cost displayed which will be added to your total amount.

On the CHECK OUT page, billing and shipping details will be asked from you. Click PAYPAL to proceed to payment.

How can I pay if I don’t have a PayPal account?

You can pay even if you don’t have a PayPal account. After pressing CHECK OUT, you will be presented with this dialogue:

If you have a PayPal account, enter both your email (or mobile number) and password, then press LOG IN.

If you don’t have a PayPal account, just press PAY WITH BANK ACCOUNT OR CREDIT CARD. You will then be taken to this page:

Is PayPal safe?

PayPal is secure. Paypal is a reputable company with enough security and consumer protection that are put in place to keep you relatively safe online. When you send a payment using PayPal, the recipient won’t receive sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number. What do I do if an item I like is out of stock?

If the item you want is out of stock, and you want to be notified once it becomes available, just fill up the STOCK REMINDER form present on each product page. Once an item becomes available, you will be notified.

Can I make a product reservation?

No. This type of feature is not offered by AVCI Online Shop. Just make sure to fill up the STOCK REMINDER form so you can have the opportunity to make an early purchase once the item becomes available.

What is a local pickup?

Local pickup means that you don’t want the items delivered at your door. Instead, you either go to AVCI to pickup the items or you let a third party (e.g. Lalamove) get the items for you. In this case, no delivery fee will be charged on your account.

Picking up of items is done on regular clinic hours (9am-6pm Mon to Sat) at AVCI Main – Aycardo Veterinary Center Inc., 68 J. Alcantara St., Sambag I, Cebu City

After your order is confirmed, call AVCI Main (032-2383972, 4182021) to indicate when you’ll pickup the order.
